The Return of Sailor Moon

So I went on twitter this morning and I see this news post about Funimation acquiring Sailor Moon. Turns out it was just a rumour. Sad story really. It really would be nice if someone would re-dub the entire series without changing the cast or leaving out any episodes.

In other news (also a bit old), Kodansha USA is re-releasing the manga. Maybe I'll finally be able to get my hands on it and read it... even though I don't live in America.

Angel Beats! Licensed

So apparently Angel Beats! has been licensed for release in the US by Sentai Filmworks. I was actually planning on watching this soon but I guess now I'll just wait for the dub to come out. It's not that long a wait either so that's a plus. It'll give me time to crawl through the rest of the anime I have on hold. According to the official website, the first few episodes are set for release at Anime Boston, a convention being held on 22-24 April.
